+ shipping takes 2-3 business days on domestic orders, 3-10 business days on international orders, please be patient with your local postal service.

+ we are not responsible for any lost packages. if your package was lost in route to you, you need to contact your local usps. 

+ if your package is damaged by usps please contact us and your local usps to discuss the insurance on your package.

+  INVALID ADDRESS UPON CHECKOUT Unfortunately, ANY form of an invalid address (including missing apt./suite #, incorrect house/street number, incorrect zip code, etc)  CAN BE INSTANTLY canceled, and put back up on our website for repurchase. We are no longer GUARANTEEING the correction of addresses, therefore, be sure to input the CORRECT ADDRESS UPON CHECKOUT. Once put back on the website you have the option to repurchase with the correct address, however, the item(s) will not be held for you for repurchase.

You MUST ensure your shipping information is correct prior to finalizing your order. We are not liable for an incorrect address. If your package gets returned to us, due to an incorrect address. The order will be refunded (minus the shipping cost & 25% restocking fee) once it is physically back in our possession.

 

Melting Butters 

We can NOT guarantee NO MELTING BUTTERS. Please bear in mind, that is a possibility during transit. On the occasion, your butter does melt in transit. Simply allow it to naturally harden up at room temperature & continue use. Keep AWAY FROM WINDOWS & DIRECT SUNLIGHT.
